Starting in public radio in 1996, Miles worked in the field of architecture for several years specializing in acoustics, and has always been involved in music and recording. In 2007 he became a full time freelance production sound engineer, and quickly adapted to production audio.
He works in commercial, reality, documentary, and narrative styles of filming, and is based in New England/NYC and southeastern Norway, though he works internationally and in every environment.
Professional location sound equipment is personally owned and maintained, and any professional devices that production requires or provides are able to be properly utilized.
